Becoming a PI Practitioner:

Includes a deep dive into The Predictive Index suite of solutions. Once Certified, practitioners will be able to send, receive and intemperate the PI Behavioral, Cognitive and Job Assessments. Practitioners will be able to navigate the software, create Jobs, create Team Analytics and Reports, and understand Patterns, Factor Combinations, Self-Concept, and Synthesis as well as Cognitive Indexes.

1-Day Workshop
Managing People to Perform:

Gives participants the tools and perspectives they need to develop increased self-awareness and a thorough understanding of what drives their day-to-day management behaviors.
